Job Overview:
As a Supervisor – Senior, you’ll lead daily operations at Qdoba Mexican Eats, ensuring smooth workflows, training team members, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee a dynamic foodservice environment while fostering team growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate staff to meet daily operational goals.
Oversee food preparation, safety, and customer service standards.
Train, mentor, and support team members.
Ensure compliance with Sodexo's safety, HACCP, and risk management policies.
Address and resolve customer and employee concerns effectively.
Participate in safety and risk management training and meetings.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Experience: 2+ years in a supervisory role.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in basic computer use.
Other Requirements: Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and occasionally lift/move up to 40 pounds.
Mobility to reach, bend, stoop, and perform other physical tasks as needed.
