Job Overview:
As a Supervisor – Senior, you’ll lead daily operations at Qdoba Mexican Eats, ensuring smooth workflows, training team members, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee a dynamic foodservice environment while fostering team growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate staff to meet daily operational goals.
- Oversee food preparation, safety, and customer service standards.
- Train, mentor, and support team members.
- Ensure compliance with Sodexo's safety, HACCP, and risk management policies.
- Address and resolve customer and employee concerns effectively.
- Participate in safety and risk management training and meetings.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in basic computer use.
- Other Requirements: Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and occasionally lift/move up to 40 pounds.
- Mobility to reach, bend, stoop, and perform other physical tasks as needed.
