The University of Denver is hiring a Starbucks Supervisor to help lead our campus café team. If you're passionate about coffee, hospitality, and team development, this is a great opportunity to take on a leadership role in a vibrant, fast-paced environment serving students, faculty, and staff.

What You’ll Do as a Supervisor:

As a Starbucks Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting team performance, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Key responsibilities include:

Leading shifts and delegating tasks to baristas to ensure smooth operations.
Training and coaching team members on beverage standards, customer service, and café procedures.
Monitoring quality and consistency of drinks and food items to meet Starbucks brand standards.
Handling guest concerns and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety regulations.
Supporting inventory management and restocking supplies.
Assisting with onboarding and performance feedback for new and existing team members.
Jumping in on café tasks when needed—crafting drinks, running the register, and engaging with guests.

This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, communicates clearly, and thrives in a collaborative, customer-focused setting.
