What You’ll Do:

As a Grill Cook, you’ll be responsible for preparing grilled proteins and other hot items that are the heart of QDOBA’s menu.

Your role includes:

Grilling chicken, steak, and other proteins to perfection.
Monitoring food temperatures and cooking times to ensure quality and safety.
Preparing hot toppings like fajita veggies, queso, and seasoned rice.
Following recipes and portion guidelines for consistency.
Maintaining a clean and organized grill station.
Assisting with prep work and restocking as needed.
Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
